Speedy has been Pepes right and left hand man for more than a quarter century. Among his other numerous duties he is also our Chef. Not professionally trained, but having the all important "taste" and "feel" which makes the meals at Pepes a very special experience. Speedy also makes a "mean" margarita from a recipe handed down from his family. He won't let me tell you the secret, but we have included a guideline for you.
